I can't imagine a large corporate company would ever do that!!
 
The story;
Charlotte started Real Fitness Boot Camps in February 2009, she'd done the usual (Weight Watchers, Fad Diets) her weight had gone down but also UP and UP.
I can tell you Charlotte was a tough one to crack (ask Ross) wanting
to quit when the going got tough in the first session, but to her credit and the patience of the Real Fitness Boot Camp Team she stuck with it.
 
In total Charlotte has lost 4 stone 8 pounds and along the way learnt the
truth about Weight Loss, Fitness and staying motivated.

So was it easy to get where you are now?
 NO, it has been really hard at times, but the re-assurance and advice from the Real Fitness team has been fantastic.

Face it - we all want to burn FAT, reduce our mid-sections, get the athletic look.
But for many of us no amount of crunches or sit-ups seem to get the job done.   
I can’t tell you how many times people have asked me the following questions:
 
“If I do a hundred sit-ups a day will I get rid of my flabby belly?”    
 
"I go to the gym 3 times a week but I never lose weight, WHY?"   
 
- Crunches or Sit ups will never get rid of that gut!!, BUT Boot Camp Training will!
 
- The gym is boring, the same old routine and no one ever shows you how to use the equipment.  At Boot Camp Training we never follow the same routine and we show you every exercise and give everyone options.
 
 
So how does it work?
 
We use total body resistance training exercises along with cardiovascular interval training.  This system quickly depletes your body's glycogen stores (the form of carbohydrates in your muscles) so your body begins to use fat as its energy source for exercise.
This training method not only burns huge amounts of calories during the Boot Camp session but also promotes the AFTER BURN effect.  As the Metabolic Rate in your body is raised you'll burn more calories than normal for at least 12 hours and sometimes up to 24 hours after the workout!!
Total body resistance training is the true foundation of any solid fat loss plan.  In addition, interval training, where you alternate between bouts of maximum effort and active recovery, is scientifically proven to burn nine times more fat than ordinary exercise.
 
You will Lose Weight Faster Than Ever Before!
 
And the Great thing . . .  you only need to workout for 40 minutes
 
A typical routine involves performing an exercise for 20 seconds followed by a 10 seconds recovery, or alternatively 60 seconds exercise followed by 60 seconds of active recovery (continued exercise at varied intensities).
Upper body, lower body, abs/back and cardio, we cover it all in every session.
 
Try this
Exercise 1 - Front Plank Variation (static or dynamic)
Exercise 2 - Left Side plank variation (static or dynamic)
Exercise 3 - Right Side Plank Variation (static or dynamic)
Exercise 4 - Reverse Plank (static or dynamic)
 
Perform these exercise for 20 seconds each, followed by a 10 seconds recovery. Complete 2 rounds, giving you an awesome 4 minute abs exercise routine -  not a sit up or crunch in sight!  No excuses, everyone has time to fit in a 4 minute routine that burns fat and builds strength in you abs & back.
 
40 minutes of METABOLIC RATE training = 24 hours fat burning
